SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms and competitor activity. While we apply proven, ethical practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Any figures shown on this site are illustrative.

Payments

Fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Engagements are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in; either party may end an engagement with reasonable notice as set out in the applicable agreement.

Client responsibilities

• Providing timely access to accounts, tools and information needed to perform the services.
• Reviewing and approving deliverables where required.
• Ensuring content and materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.

Intellectual property

Deliverables produced for you become yours upon full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, which remain our property.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the month in which the relevant claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
